Who this policy covers
This policy explains how A&S Alhambra Spray Foam Insulation handles the information you share with us through this website. We're an insulation contractor in Alhambra, CA, and most of what we collect is what we need to call you back, set up an estimate and do the work on your house.
It applies to this site, including the home page, our About page and the request form on our Contact page. It doesn't cover other websites you reach through a link on ours, because those sites have their own policies.
What information we collect
When you fill out our request form, we collect what you type into it. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a short note about the job, such as a hot room upstairs or old insulation in the attic.
Our form is run by an outside form service, so what you submit passes through that service before it reaches us. If you call us at (626) 525-0036 or email us instead, we keep the details you give us in that call or message.
Like most websites, this site may also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit. That can include your browser type, the device you're using, the pages you look at, how you got to the site and a general location based on your internet connection.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember a visit. This site may use cookies and similar tools to keep pages working and to count visits, so we can see which pages people use and which ones aren't helping.
Analytics tools give us totals and trends, not a file on you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still let you read our pages and send a request.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, schedule an estimate at your property, do the job and follow up on it afterward. We may also use it to keep our records, send an invoice or handle a warranty or satisfaction question later.
We use the technical information to keep the site running and to make it easier to use. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
When we share information
We share information only when we need to. That includes the service providers that run our website, form, email and phone, which handle it on our behalf, and anyone we're required to give it to by law, such as in response to a valid legal request.
If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may pass to the new owner, who would be expected to treat them under the same terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer you, finish the job and keep the business and tax records the law requires. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
If you reached out but never booked work, we don't hold onto your request longer than we need it to follow up.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something to finish a job you've booked or to meet a legal requirement, and if so, we'll tell you why.
California residents have rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, to ask for deletion and to not be treated differently for using those rights. We'll confirm a request comes from you before we act on it, so someone else can't get your information.
How to reach us about privacy
If you have a question or a concern about your information, call us at (626) 525-0036 or send a message through our Contact page. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll answer as soon as we can.
This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page.
